In the end, I’m really happy with them. The designs are so pretty, and the jewelry has that simple, cute look that’s easy to wear with pretty much anything.

I ordered a small necklace from epijewelry.com, and the checkout part was simple enough. The price seemed fair, and I got the confirmation email pretty much right away, so at first I thought everything was moving along fine.

Then it got a little quiet for a few days, and I ended up checking on the order myself. The necklace did arrive in good condition, so no complaints there, but the updates could’ve been better. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a pickle straight from the jar when I finally checked the tracking, which is probably why that part stuck in my head

The piece feels solid and not cheap or flimsy at all. The small details are really clean, and you can tell some care went into making it. I’ve already worn it a few times and it still looks just as good.

For the price, the quality is really nice. I do think adding a bunch of extra packaging would’ve been unnecessary because the piece itself already feels special. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I had a feeling the delivery might not be super smooth, and yeah, it ended up arriving late. At least the tracking worked the whole time, so I could keep an eye on it.

I got a necklace with a name on it, and like I said, the spelling and font came out looking right when it showed up. It was a little smaller than I had pictured, but like I said, the personalized part itself was clean and accurate. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it

I reached out to Epijewelry support because I had a question about my order, my gut told me they’d be decent to deal with. They got back to me the same day, which I appreciated, and their answer was clear and easy to understand.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I did have to follow up once to get my tracking info. That said, they were polite about it and got everything sorted, so I still felt like I could trust the process.

It looked really nice at first, but after only a few wears it broke and started tarnishing. I reached out about it and had to chase them for a response, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

It was supposed to be a gift, so I was relieved I didn’t have to re-wrap it or make it look better myself. The box looked pretty, everything arrived safely, and the whole presentation felt simple but thoughtful. I’d probably order from them for a gift again
